"Thunderhead was awesome - and I didn't even know what awesome was until I made it out there and experienced it first-hand. Not only was it surrounded by beautiful mountains, but I also had a wonderful time spotting moose (or vice versa), picking raspberries, peeling logs, learning how to build a cabin, and jamming with friendly neighbors around campfires until my mandolin smelled like bacon. (Speaking of bacon, our dearest founder, Chris, is an exceptional cook - I would go back just for the lamb stew!) Oh, almost forgot...I also found a dinosaur fossil. No big deal."
